  • Posture
  • Lean
  • Heel Lift
  • Arm Swing
  • Cadence
  • Using your gears
  • Body Looseners
  • Hill Techniques

At the end of class we'll have a
video analysis so you can see what you're doing well and what to
continue to focus on. Everything is taught for energy efficiency and injury prevention. I will give you simple
explanations, rooted in biomechanics and physics, for why things work.

Group classes are five hours.

    Best for: people who are naturally coordinated or have taken yoga or Pilates; those who have
    read the book or watched the DVD.

Private classes are broken into five sessions. By learning one aspect of the form every week and
working on it until the next session you build a stronger base and can incorporate each aspect of the
form more fully when we reach the fifth session and put it all together. If you would like to set up

$275 for an
individual or $400 for you and a friend in Rockville, MD
- transportation fee for other locations. I've
travelled from Toronto, Canada to Bogota, Colombia.

Organization group classes are broken into six sessions at places of employment and taught at
lunch or after work. For other organizations the classes are in five sessions and at a time convenient for
you. Organization classes provide the benefit of a multi-week format at the price of a regular group class.
